WHY IS THIS BOOK SUCH A PAIN. ARGH.

Excited to start this audiobook! My room was feeling a bit empty tonight so I decided to put this on... let's see how we go :)

Finally finished this book! Really liked it, such a nice audiobook to listen to during my down time :) it's not the most articulate self-help book ever, but it does have some great points and the message is super empowering. Looking forward to reading through the rest of the series!

Guys I've just had it. What do I do when I have a craving for action/adventure type books but just can't deal with the poor character development, lazy writing and awful romances in most YA books? Is there anything that will give me the kind of satisfaction Across the Universe and Warm Bodies etc did?

I AM PLEASED WITH INHUMAN. BUT WHY WHY WHY DOES THERE HAVE TO BE A LOVE TRIANGLE WITH TWO HOT GUYS. It's so unnecessary and just detracts from the action and excitement of the plot! Rant aside, I REALLY liked this - it was nicely paced, had good plot development and consistent writing, which is more than I could have said for Half Bad. The characters were a little bit meh but that I can live with.

Please do not disappoint me!! Going well so far - Inhuman is proving itself to be fairly decent, exciting and engaging as a YA post-apocalyptic novel. I just hope the second half lives up to the first!

What an amazing book. I'm only on page 57 but so far everything in this book speaks out to me - it basically explains The Secret in a more scientific way, focusing on how our emotions, attitudes and beliefs affect our physical health. It furthers my conviction that self-care and listening to your intuition about EVERYTHING that feels wrong is of utmost importance.
