Great primer on trauma and healing from a nervous system perspective that is approachable to average people. It is very gentle. I would definitely recommend this over a much more painful and complex book like "The Body Keeps the Score" but with the same type of takeaway.

Loving it. I got to interview this author last year for Justice Daily Episode and I feel like her and I believe so much of the same things!

Liking it. The author puts in little things that make me happy reminding me of Harry Potter. But it isn't much like those books, the storyline is very Sarah Maas Crescent City series. I'm not sure any other author can pull-off genius twists and endings like Maas, but we'll see.

Very much like I'm in a literature class. It's tough!
