Honey, I'm on chapter 21 and there's 71 in this thing. Some of these chapters don't need to be here😭

After two manic months of moving and dealing with work and other things, it's good to finally read a little again. ❤️📚📖

This drama and plot are very "convenient" for the FMC so she isn't immediately BLOWN UP with everyone else.

After forever and a half, I'm reading this again and had to back read a few chapters 😂 but I'm still enjoying this witchy book pre October 🪄 🎃

Chapter 6 and I think I know what the problem is. The author started in the wrong place. This "dramatic 1st chapter" thing doesn't work when u need to set up the story first then have the call to action. Sorry but it just doesn't work like that well most of the time, whatever people say on YouTube. 5 chapters of the past to "establish the ordinary day of ur character"

I have some thoughts about how this book was started, but mostly I wanna chuck South off a cliff. He's acting like such a little snot and I'm supposed to feel bad for him? Turn him into a newt. 🦎🤣😈

Please know the difference between "Sissy and Cici" 😂 the Wisteria Society isn't really that bright. Someone steals a house from them and they leave all the houses unguarded for a random teahouse nearby right after.

It took awhile to get into and by turning off my brain, I started to enjoy this 😅 it's utterly ridiculous and I'm kinda getting into it now

A bit predictable but that's what happens when you write a story based off of some else's characters. There's plot-points to hit, but I find the author's tone and writing very good.
She is descriptive and emotional and I'm enjoying Adrianne's personality. I can't fault her for being duped unless u know wat ur looking for. And we were all weak 16-18s once to any hot guy that looked like a Jonas brother.

It's ok...not a whole lot of much. Not badly written but I don't like the style at all and the narrative is kinda a mess.

I couldn't help myself and decided to keep reading. Still loving it so far now that things r rolling.😂

This book has my attention. Damn, it can be savage and flowery and I'm here for it❤️ I mean, clearly this author is going hard if she starts at the 🍇 of her mother with the help of the wizard Merlin. No "idealistic" good King Pendragon here.

What is HAPPENING?! Jesus, there's NOTHING worse than a wishy-washy FMC who can't COMMIT to anything! That doesn't make her complex, it makes her STUPID.
EVEN her "pro government" DAD is like "nah, who cares. Those bombs r someone else's problem". I actually believe she's mentally unstable. She can't commit to anything and somehow she's not dead yet.

200 pages and it took this long to get the ball rolling. It started earlier than stopped. The FMC didn't even need much convincing but the author felt she had to make "a tragic event" to start the Hero's Journey which we already had. It didn't mean much to me or FMC because it was already established so why is it happening twice?

How is it that I'm reading two different books BOTH with mother figures drugging and manipulating their daughters? Is this the next trend? Gotta say this trend does give a lot of options for drama 🤣 Not sure I'm ok from a normal standpoint but it is juicy🍹

Still loving this book. Very much like the witches version of X-Men and I'm here for it. I feel like the romance interests are very balanced and both guys have their issues. MC acts like a teenager trying to live life for the first time and I'm here for it. I just had to put it down for a bit because of work changes and holidays.

Still powering through this a little at a time while working. It's finally starting to be more than childish writing. Still don't like Female MC.
