Ok so this book takes SUCH a left turn so early on and becomes so intense so quick and the call to action is done really well. It happened team - I’m hooked.

Great so far - lot of names to keep track of hopefully it gets a little easier to manage once we enter the real story. Lot of parallels to Tolkien and LOTR hopefully it remains that way and doesn’t become a straight rip off. Very interesting lore of the world curious to see where it goes it has my attention.
