I really don't understand the significance of the side story of theo's wife cheating. if its just a side plot, its high redundant. but if somehow it is connected to the main plot, then i have no idea how that's gonna go down

at times it feels like, he is less of a psychotherapist and more of a detective
i would prefer more of the psychological aspect rather than the detective aspect.

it might be the best thriller i have ever read. although i have only majorly read frieda mcfadden so i dont know much, but michaeledies is def cooking
