getting more interesting with the magic mystery and the twist ish!!

It’s been a good few days of listening to this audiobook. I’ve enjoyed the examples brought up and the different aspects or factors that affect “quitting”.

It’s been a drag still but I don’t absolutely hate it. The love triangle I can clearly see forming and is kinda annoying hahaha. Overall am super curious about the marks and the truth about the foreign royal chick!

Random book that sounded interesting in Spotify. I’m finding it enjoyable! hehe

Story progression is going swell. I’m enjoying the character relationships and nuances. I think the mystery and climax is building which is also interesting! Still hasn’t fully hooked me.

More action! Introduction of fae and connection to remainder of the books (ACOTAR). Interesting despite it being on the slower end!

Am enjoying the increasing jealousy and low-key love triangle about to form heheheheh

I had bought this book on 12/02 while browsing Kinokuniya! It’s a ghost story apparently with a bit of mystery too cos the sister goes missing! Just got to the part where the sister is GONE.

Very descriptive writing, main character is a bit quirky- enjoyable to find out more about. Potential love interest/relationship situation?

Story has progressed a bit more with the challenges but overall still slow. But I don’t hate it. It’s still been enjoyable and I’m enjoying the hints of love interest and romance between the 3 of them 👀

Excited to read more- someone told me to read the Assassin’s blade first but sackkk

So emotional and raw. The emotions and the thinking behind a child/teenager/adult. The progression is crazy. It’s so emotional how we can recognise the abuse but she did not recognise it as it was happening herself :(

Started the audiobook 2 days ago! Bonus is that it’s read out by the author which is nice.

It’s been interesting so far. The way the author describes the events makes you really see into her childhood and understand her perspective. The underlying sadness, guilt, frustration, mixed in with love, appreciation, happiness, makes it feel so real.

Started earlier but forgot to update. MC is interesting without being annoying. A bit tedious with the relations and champion tournament thing happening. Enjoying it so far but feels a bit slow plot wise.

Read this on the plane to Japan! The main character has been annoying with the flirting and not admitting she’s in love with the main character but whatever overall the pacing of the story is fast enough that I can still enjoy the book.

Nothing special overall tho. The scene where she gets full attacked and the prince has to take care of her idk mesnt to be emotional i think but it was whatever

The main character is starting to get on my nerves because why is she the epitome of PICK ME IM NOT LIKE OTHER GIRLS right now 😅😅😅👀

The progression has been slow.. it’s training arc I guess so it makes sense. The seer scene was interesting but I want them to unpack this more- the fear doesnt seem to actually affect the MC.. also her throwing herself off the cliff is crazy so wtf.

And I can already see them making the main dude gonna fall in love with her smh

I started this book last night and it hasn’t been great. I’m flying through it trying to find out what people like so much about this series😅 The premise of the lie and falsity of the MC’s heroism is … annoying. The love interests are also annoying? I feel like the MC is “so in love” and suddenly “happy to move on” wtf. The Prince of Hearts is also jack-ass stupid vibes. Marisol is too self-pity..

I think I’m soon going to be a bit irked by the main love interest’s transformation into a “good” guy. Not liking that the MC was prevented from using her power but she was a bit of a rebel so she left her castle at night but still didn’t learn to use her magic?

Story is easy to read though, i’ll give it that

Started a fraction today and the worldbuildjng so far has been subtle and interesting. Probably not the biggest fan of the fat list of “stars” and what they represent (basically the roman/greek gods).

Liked the action and mystery so far. Main love interest identified- a bit cringe already ofc theyre “breathtakingly handsome” stfu. MC obviously has big boobs too lmao, buT I’m liking how MC has a rare power

I do not like the mum’s character. She is just too much, the emotions and morals and resolve change so fast.

Exploring the different realms and their differences have been so fun! but otherwise mid storyline..

Listened to audiobook between offsite visits today for work! Thrilling and frustrating all in one.

One of the tropes I dislike the most is MISCOMMUNICATION and there was a bunch of it. Constant interruptions when the MC wanted to say something important.

The ongoing power climb is really cool though, I’m so curious about the forgotten. So annoyed at the internal conflict (it’s too much)

I think the MC’s compassion is nice overall, her flexibility and will in using her powers to help is cool.

Also the recurring mention of the forgotten one is ++++ interesting I WANT TO KNOW MORE.

Good story progression and plot so far. New crown as well WAAAAHHTTT

The romance is growing and I LOVE THE LOVE MESSAGES/LETTERS AAAWWWW. sad about the circumstances.

Very interesting how her magic has is so different and has such capabilities! excited to find out more

- The events are interesting and I enjoy the storyline of power attainment, revenge, love BUT
- The MC continues to fluctuate between this powerful queen to being reluctant to kill, to being so angry she wants to kill everyone, to confident queen to unsure piece of shit. IT’S HUMAN YES BUT THE FLUCTUATION IS TOO MUCH IN ONE MOMENT
- also Luther’s horny for weird things like MC outbursts is weirding me out

Audiobook hours are back in spotify😂 So back on the grind- good listen, just a bit more progress in the story and the dude is dying but nothing crazy/new.

last update didnt go through cos of bad reception - I said i enjoyed the action and ongoing danger and the new storyline taking place of fleeing/escaping and exploring the other cities (abruptly).

main thing annoying me is the MC going full limp and sad and guilty when she kills someone or someone dies “because of her”. cmon man, this is getting old.

ALSO THE TEASE OF SEXUAL TENSION CMON JUST FUCKKKKKK ALREADY

This shit has been slapping. Some cringe moments from the MC with her self loathing and regret of killing people and etc etc but the YEARNINGGGGG yesss + the betrayal and friendship and action is cool
