took me forever to finish! Kerouacs prose made it so hard to follow the plot, leaving me in a dizzy state. Reading this 70 years after its publication for sure brings its burdens.I enjoyed reading Burroughs who obviously has made similar experiences his topics of interest,in my opinion he did it with more of a self ironic attitude that I’m missing in On The Road.
I guess it’s just not for me right now.
