Christmas in gold was about an elderly woman named Astrid (mc) in her 80s who had experienced a fall resulting in an injured foot and loss of mobility. Astrid’s son and daughter arrange to have her moved into an assisted living facility where she meets Carly, her physical therapist. Carly has a story of her own and Astrid is determined to read her and help her. Carly is hiding from an ex coworker turned stalker.
