"This child's clothing was threadbare, with the knees worn to tatters, and he clumsily balanced on his toes in two different shoes, neither one the right size. Although he was deeply immersed in rummaging for fruit peels, when Jiang Fengmian called out to him, he still remembered his name had a "Ying" in it and looked up. His cheeks were red and cracked from the cold but he still wore a smile" omg :((

maybe its cause im reading this while incredibly sleep deprived but im so bored at the point im at rn. very curious about wei wuxians backstory but. its such a drag to get there wahhhhhhhhhhh . 5 million scenes of jin ling being a brat and lan wangji being a wall in between before we get to the interesting stuff. sigh. maybe when i finish ill look back and appreciate jin ling and lwj more who knows

on god lestat has bpd and his mom and nicki were his fps

why the incest already started

Xie lian: OMG! I hope san lang didn't think it was weird when i kissed him .. im so embarrassed !!!! (>/////< " )

shi qingxuan: “Ming-xiong! Ming-xiong! I’m sorry, I’m sorry I’m sorry I’m sorry I’m sorry I’m sorry I’m sorry! We’re the ones who sinned! We’re the ones in the wrong! It’s my fault—my brother only did what he did because of me! My brother’s gone mad—he’s gone crazy, can’t you see?! I…I…you…you…”

I hoped it'd get better the more I read and i went into it w a positive mindset, but so far its neither bad nor good its just. boring. insanely boring. nothing about bella is interesting or compelling, the book never attempts to make her be, and nothing about the town or the townspeople is interesting. all of Bella's peers are literal NPCs and Edward Cullen is an omegaverse writers wet dream
