I literally picked this book up last night, IT IS SO GOOD. I have never gone through a book so fast, oh my word.

I’m not going to finish The Shining. It’s taking too long to get to the scary stuff, and to be quite frank, I don’t have the attention span for that. Also I don’t find myself wanting to pick it up and it feels mot like a chore than simply reading for fun.

I’m not really thrilled about this book, I think it’s slightly over-hyped. I mainly picked it up because I’m a sucker for a sad movie, and this is meant to be soul destroying. But it just feels like a basic, corny romance at the moment, and nothing in the book has surprised me thus far, ALL of the plot twists (up until this bit at least) have been really predictable. I might not see it out, but we’ll see! Xoxo
