I'm advocating once again for Goodreads to let us comment on our Yearly Challenge again so I can update when I meet my goals and change it as I read as the year progresses.
Goal #3:
150 books
Goal #3 Met:
June 24, 2025
Goal #4:
200 books
Goal #4 Met:
September 30, 2025

Goodreads still won't let us comment on our own challenges, so I'm making a status update again.
I reached my second yearly goal of a 100 books on 6/10/25.

Since Goodreads changed the format of the yearly reading challenge and I can't update comments on my actual challenge. I'll comment my progress here.
Finished First Goal of 53 books: 4/10/25

Gee Wilkers did that take a lot longer than expected to update the books I've read in 2023. 😓 After 4+ hours, I'm done.

I hope in the future Goodreads fixes the ordering of books read on a certain day. For some reason the system will order books read in ascending order for that day instead of having them appear in your finished books in order you recorded them.
I hate when my books are out of order and only fix I’ve found this far in to change dates to the day before which messes up my record for the books in Goodreads. Fix please!

Self-care today involved reading all the Rivers of London graphic novels instead of doing homework.
I regret nothing.

There's something about "instalove" that immediately kills a book for me. All I can ever think is "whoa! 🙅🏿 Pump your breaks there girl/boy!....you don't even KNOW him/her! Smh they could be a serial killer for all you know or your long lost sibling. Slow down there and lets feel this thug out." This plot device is the quickest way to a decrease in stars for me.

This book is literally LAUGH out LOUD funny. I'm loving it so far. I love Crawley and Aziraphale. Pratchett and Gaimon should've done a whole serious around these two characters.
