Spitfire McGee is starting Once Upon a Viking (Romance a Medieval Fairytale, #8-10)
DNF'd. It just didn't hold my attention. It was taking forever for the H and h to come together (literally, 20 years) and I just got bored of waiting. It's a shame, because I love me some Vikings. Unfortunately I didn't even really get Viking vibes from the book at all.

This is for book club but I’ve been busy and only just cracked it. Aaaaaaaaaaaaand….

I hate it. 6 pages in and I hate it. WHY does she write in short snippets of sentences? A comma wouldn’t kill you, Christine. Maybe a — dare I say it — semi-colon? And the info dumping, my God the info dumping.

Christine Feehan is one of those romance authors people rave about. Whhhyyyyy?
