Ok ur kinda saving the book Mr. Moody..

Ok I’ve calmed down. The writing and plot is actually still really good and I get why some of the weird uncomfortable shit had to be mentioned but I still don’t whole heartedly fuck with it bc it’s just like something u can tell a fucking man wrote. But I guess

I thought maybe a new chapter would make me forget about what just happened in the last one but halfway through the first page I’m just pissed off again. The way Moody talks about sex and abuse is RUININGGGGG a perfectly good plot and it’s sickening and worse and worse the more I read omfg pls save ur book and stop writing weird shit. This book was 5 stars when I started and now it’s only 3 stars bc the plot.

What the actual fucking fuck just happened with Jeremy and Heather. Mr. David Moody ur getting on my last nerve w the weird sex shit.

The Graham / Tammy incident was weird.
I get why Scott beat his ass but he’s psychotic and I hate him so much he’s not even borderline abusive anymore he’s definitely just abusive like the doctor noticing Michelle has random injuries and Michelle’s thoughts being “he knows”… why don’t we just straight up say he’s abusive ? Also selling the house with no notice ??

Yeah I would think Scott is the killer too. This mf is literally borderline abusive. I’m not going to be surprised if they reveal he has a dv past.

I feel such a strong connection to Tammy. She acts just like I did when I was 16 except I had an even worse attitude. Her reaction to moving and her opinion of Scott is 100% correct- that town sucks and Scott is annoying and rude. He thinks he’s their dad and he’s rude to their mom. Not to mention his delusions about what they can afford.
