I thought I was burning out and needed to take a break from the series, but I decided to keep reading and it’s getting really good!

Jaw drop of the century. If someone had told me that was going to happen I wouldn’t have believed it. 11/10

Loving it so far! The world-building was intense just because there’s so many things to fit into it, but it was not as bad as it’s made out to be.

The tension between Paedyn and Kai could be cut with a knife. I get excited when they’re in a room together😂

The book itself is not slow moving, but I have been slow in reading it because I’ve been so busy. It really good so far, though.

This one is pretty good, actually. No complaints so far.

It’s going decently well. I can’t tell if I’m just in a bit of a reading slump or if the book is just not living up to the expectations set by the first one. It goes through some peaks and valleys of excitement, but the valleys seem to be longer and more prevalent than the peaks.

The way Charlie met her in the book was weird. Like they told him but they didn’t

I’ve seen the movies enough times that I pretty much always know what’s going to happen, but noticing the subtle differences and the added details of what it’s like after she changes is really fun.
