Really interesting read - a lot like Emotional Intelligence but more focused in our a child’s brain. It’s been helpful in my day to day with my kiddos

A little unsure about the woo woo visit at the beginning but enjoying it a lot now

I’ve now purchased the workbook haha this way of parenting seems like it’d be super successful and I have seen it work in my own life but I’ve def found myself more overwhelmed as a parent as of lately so the concept is a bit easier said than done
