rating: 4.5
form: prose but then the author would add a little bit of poetry at the end. Written in the first person point of view
review: the whole book is discussing father and daughter relationship in a way that shows how the two bond together despite differences.

so like the reason why cardan chose that kind of route for jude is

1) To keep her safe (everybody knew how jude is his weakness because who in the right mind would sacrifice the one that witnessed his coronation only for a mortal girl)

2) So he can go strong enough to protect jude when he decides for his return

3) gain respect n show how he can be king as himself
