Just finished The Hedge Knight. I loved it. On to The Sworn Sword now.

Reread so I can read Hell Bent

This one is moving slow for me as it feels precarious, like something horrible is going to happen. Like reading through my fingers as the catastrophes add up. 😬

How many times can Mr. King make me cry? I’ve lost count already.

Chapter 13 made me ugly cry. I love this series.

Is it wrong that I keep picturing Linus as Michael Sheen and Arthur as David Tennant? If it is, I don't want to be right.

Also, I can't count the number of times now that my eyes have filled with tears. I love this book.

I felt like I needed an old feel-good, so I picked up this series again. It's been a very long time since I read this last.

Pausing the Happy Doomsday book. I'll get back to it later. Every time I read a chapter it makes me very sad and I just need something a little lighter. So... Crazy Rich Asians, it is!

I was doing so well! Now I'm slowing down. Curse starting a podcast that eats up all my reading time! *shakes fist*

Ugh. 5 chapters in. This is going to be a DNF.

Really, really, really not loving Brooke Shields' interpretation of this at all but I'm almost halfway through, so I'll persevere. I read many of the Oz books when I was a child but somehow missed the first one. It's very different from the film, but of course, it's Oz, so I love it.

It took awhile, but I'm finally hooked. This will be done pretty quickly, I think, when I have a chance to read. I don't know much Russian folklore/mythology at all, so nearly all of this is new to me.

I am so... SO far behind on my reading for the year I think I'm going to have to lower my goal. :( I've just been in a book rut.

*beats head on desk* WHY have I not finished this yet??!?!

I'm 9 or so chapters in and feel woefully unprepared. I never studied Norse Mythology. I guess I'll get a crash course now. :)
