Cameron Cannon > Recent Status Updates

Introduction chapter was a little bit dense and made reference to a lot of authors I haven’t read yet (mostly Fanon, Hegel and Althusser) but has been useful in forming a to-read list for myself. The first chapter is an account of and analysis of the Dene people’s struggle against colonialism. I’m excited to read Coulthard’s thoughts on more specific instances of anti-colonial struggle.

Was very surprised at the amount of writings they fit into this book. This is a great selection of what I think are some of Mao’s most important writings.
