Initial thoughts :

I don’t like how the aunt basically forced Samara to raise and have a relationship with her daughter. The aunt had no right to tell yaya who her mother was until Samara was ready .

I don’t like how Zayvion treated Samara when she told him he judged her when she could have done the same to him and she didn’t .


I like Markell and Joycelyn

I love KR but I don’t think I’m her target audience for this series. Banner is insufferable and I almost DNF this book because of it . I can go through the ups and downs and all of that but I can’t . I dislike people in real life who listen and form opinions because of what others say.
Banner acts like her stuff don’t stink and this is the first time I didn’t want the main characters to get back together
