I love Aleatha Romig but this book is proving very dull to me. Nothing exciting had happen yet that grips me or keeps me wanting more. I’m finding myself skimming the pages to get to the end. Sorry Aleatha.

This book is funny, light hearted and quirky. Let's just say an Elvis wig and a boys night in has never been so funny.

I'm really struggling with this book. The monotony of it seems relentless. I love dark and sadistic reads but this doesn't seem to have any story it substance to it. It's a real drag for me if I'm honest. I can't connect with Master and I certainly don't have any sympathy for Mae as the author doesn't describe her as needing any. Maybe that's the whole point ?????

I love dark reads but I'm finding this book very boring. I carry on though, as I've heard its so good.

I'm having trouble putting this one down.

Struggling with this book. Not read C D Reiss before. The style of writing and dialogue is a bit challenging.
