listen…first lil bit has me excited!!!!! snagged this at the library because the title was intriguing!! hoping it’s a good one!

this book is an absolute swirl & you’re caught right in the wind of emotional, spiritual, physical, & mental change. my heart is heavy.

i’m noticing i can’t intellectualize or try to understand all that’s happening — things felt like they were going over my head, but this book is something to be primarily felt rather than understood. once i released my attempts to understand, the book was easier to be fully engaged in.
