Ocean Vuong, you've done it again. Barely in and I'm in love. I can't wait to finish this book. Every line is like pure poetry and invokes such strong imagery. I wish that everyone could read so that they could see his mastery over the English language.

I don't know if I don't enjoy it because I'm listening to an audiobook (which I've never done before) or if because I expected a much stronger and human based horror rather than demonic horror.
