Reads like an unedited transcript rather than a book. The ideas aren’t new and feel like a weaker, less coherent version of The Power of Now. Repetitive, rambling, and poorly structured—nearly 200 pages of being lectured at. Better editing, clearer messaging, and a few stories or parables could have helped. As is, it’s exhausting, not enlightening.

It’s ok — not bad, but not great. Dave Ramsey is better, especially if you’re just starting out or need a more straightforward approach to managing money. I’d recommend reading this after Dave Ramsey, since it goes into more detail but drags on a bit too long. Some good ideas here, just not as sharp or practical.

A great read and page turner. Easy to do in a day.

This book is neither narrative nor non-fiction. I started reading it based on a list that ranked it as the #1 narrative non-fiction book. However, with only 125 reviews, I should have been more cautious. It’s evident that the book is ghostwritten. After finishing it, I’m not even sure if Biao Wang is a real person. At least the book is a very easy read.

Starting to slow down.
