Really struggling with this one so far. It feels like nothing has happened in the last 13.5 hours

I’m really enjoying this! The prophecies being fulfilled and most people just being angry and upset is really interesting. I really enjoy when books get me both into the story, and thinking deeper than just the story, and that’s what that’s doing.

This is so good! I’m on chapter 59. A couple thoughts

What is going on in Shinovar? Is it the unmade that’s making the honor bearers so weird?

The voice in Szeth’s head in the flashbacks sounds a lot like odium to me.

Just waiting for everything to go wrong because so far it’s gone pretty good. Like I at least know (SPOILERS FOR SUNLIT MAN) it’s gotta go wrong soon for

sigzil.

Predictions for the end of the cosmere:

Adonalsium is still in power and this is all a master plan. He’s been pulling the strings all along (in a good way)

This is so good! I’m loving every chapter and also so curious what’s gonna happen to Shallan and Adolin. Also what are Syl’s things she’s getting?

Through chapter 6

This is so good! I’m probably done making predictions, but I’m loving this book. The Kaladin Wit scene was a delight and then finding out that Dalinar was waiting for wit was hilarious.

Also the scene with Dalinar wanting to name Kaladin heir was so sweet and I love both of those characters. I can’t wait to see what happens.

Done with chapter 2. I’m scared for Kaladin! I think we’re gonna get a Syl POV of her mourning his loss before the end of the book.

Ahh I feel like this is preparing us for a sad ending. Shallan and Kaladin are both contemplating broken people. Also day 1?! Does that mean we’ll have 10 parts? Is Kal-phrena / Syladin going to happen? This is already so good

Holy cow. I’ve only read the prologue and I’m way too excited for this book. I’m going to be putting way too many notes on my reading of this book. So I think the chana Shallan theory is valid and will happen, kinda sad I heard it cause I think it’s true. Also Gavilar definitely was bonded to the Stormfather, I don’t think that was fake. Gavilar has the biggest ego and it was so satisfying seeing him die
