This is becoming one of my favorite reads! I’ve always liked Chelsea Handler. This book is so good. Chelsea shares her experiences in therapy after the 2016 election. The focus becomes the grief and pain associated with her older brother who passed away unexpectedly when she was a child. Chelsea’s therapy sessions are eye opening and emphasize how early childhood experiences shape our lives without us realizing.
