I just love how Harlan Cohen writes. Bot just the twists and turns. Descriptions like "the grass so high it could go on the big rides at Six Flags" (probably didn't get that verbatim). The banter and Myron's self narrative. It all just does it for me.

Got to chapter 31 in this B&N serial read and ran out of time.😑 not sure what % that is. Credit card was compromised last night, so won't be finishing it for a while either. But I enjoyed what I had read. So maybe I'll pick it up again later.

If this book was any longer, I think I would call it quits. But I'm on page 80 of 123, so only a third left.

Pretty sure this will be the only book in this trilogy I will attempt. Not sure I'll make it through even this one...

I've come closeto giving up on this a couple of times. It seems to be picking up, so I'm going to perservere for now.

I got sucked into reading this via Nook's monthly "readout." I didn't know it would disappear on 3/1. It was under $5 to buy and I was on Chapter 35, so I bought and will finish.

I'm really liking the twists and turns of this book!
