i am honestly horrible at digesting audiobooks i’m probably gonna have to reread this but i like that he uses the real names so much more interesting

back in my performative male beat generation era and i love it

my coworker told me i was auramaxxing reading this on the bus and i can’t unhear it

a slow read but in the actual best way i’m having such a good time reading this?? which i don’t think i’ve said so genuinely about a classic in a longgg time

i am enjoying this and honestly use a lot of this in my life already but my god this narrator is driving me so fucking insane

when i realize i can listen to audiobooks at work and that i already own the one that my best friend has been begging me to read for at least the past month and a half

this week on julia attempts to read a gigantic classic because she found a gorgeous copy at the bookstore that she simply had to buy: east of eden! keep being told i need to read this, all i can hope is that i actually finish it
