Let’s just say hazel went on a date at 13?! Bizarre also I’m kinda upset because Percy lost his memory I feel like the poor kid needs a break. I also spent a few minutes trying to pronounce hazels last name and poor frank he seems so sweet

His chapters get a bit boring but tbh I fear if I get attached to anymore characters they’ll die because Rick likes to do that but it’s okay Jason has main character plot armor soooo I’ll let myself get attached to

Biggest reading slump and it’s January 😭

The way Luke hugged Annabeth was so sweet.. I loved this and it makes me feel so much more pity for Annabeth, Luke, and Thalia

It’s 1am I’ve gotta be up early tmr for church but I decided to read 😭

Sooo this book so far is Lwk amazing and I’d be reading it but I’m working on reviews I know the reading order is debatable but I’m doing it this way so yeah. Also it’s just great to have the OG trio back because at the end of the Percy Jackson series we kind of lost them it made me so sad

Guys I have to wait for the next Percy Jackson books they’re on hold in the library and my soul can’t go this long without Percy I need him (yes I’m writing reviews for the og series in a bit)

Sigh. So yk I was going to check the Percy Jackson reading order. And I’m so confused. I’m bewildered. Like WHAT. Um.. I’m still recovering from Luke’s death.. I was gonna write reviews for all the books but I need a moment to like process what I’ve just read. Um so yeah

Percy’s inner monologue is hilarious. Also at one point he was about to fight a monster and instead of panicking when the monster says her name he goes “doesn’t that mean ant eater”

A little fun fact for all of you
Rick riordan actually started this series as a bedtime story for his son who has adhd and is dyslexic I think that’s really sweet ngl he wanted his son to feel special I’m assuming Percy was based off his son but I’m not sure

Here is a little pre-read

So I’ve marked this book as read as I have read it. When I was 12. I read the first two and quite frankly I didn’t finish the series and since it’s been awhile I figured it’s about time I read some of the classics such as Percy Jackson (the classic part may be. It’s only a 5 book series but I’m going to be reading all of his series which are long so wish me luck

I only have about 100 pages left of this book.. and I know it’s about to get really intense and I’m actually terrified for what I’m gonna read but oh well!!

See originally ive heard people say this book wasn’t as good but so far this book is incredible

I will say it is a bit darker and more war involved but I don’t mind that

I’m aware I said I’d read Percy Jackson after this book but I meant after the series so after ruthless vows I’ll read Percy Jackson
