You can't bury what comes from the dirt

1/5 of the way in thoughts:

Whenever I read a book, in the back of my mind I have some sort of vague star rating that it is currently standing at in my mind. Right now this book is a 5. But that is assuming it will deliver on a lot of thing. Wallace is setting up so much, he is laying bricks, sometimes I may not understand why a brick is being laid. I can only hope the outcome will be a house.

This book is DENSE. I’m progressing through it slowly but I’m enjoying my time.

Mommy I’m scared

I’m not struggling with this per se but Holy Week absolutely obliterates any chance I have of reading whatever poor unfortunate book I happen to be in the midst of (physically) at the time. Enjoying this very much, actually.
