Dnf @13%. He’s actually kinda dumb. Also, he called her “mama” the second time they met, which came out of nowhere and scared me.

Dnf at 27%. I was VERY intrigued by the premise but I feel like nothing, other than her walking around campus or not getting enough sleep, happened. I liked the concept A LOT. The interweaving of a darker “style”magic behind the scenes of a university. I’ve just reached my last straw, as the book was mostly narration up until this point (which I’m finding is just not really my cup of tea).

Wanted an easy read….i cannot get past the writing style dnf @ 7%
