After a massive reading slump, nothing all year, I've simply been too exhausted, stressed and depressed, I found some of these in a second-hand bookstore. I am in the middle of moving over the last month, I've stopped working for the moment and while I am still busy and very tired, I managed to pick up this book. Everything else is packed away. I am enjoying old school fantasy, nothing too deep or strenuous. Relaxing

I love reading a new book. I may have read this one before, it seems vaguely familiar, but I've no concept of the story, so it's like brand new. As familiar as I am with the books in the series before this one, it's exciting, familiar and comfortable all at the same time. I'm on page 58.

So many times reading this book over the years. This page still brings me to tears.

This book is like catching up with an old friend. What have you been doing? How is your family? Oh, I think I remember that person. Everything is a little bit different, but still so much the same.

Already giving 1 star, regardless of the rest of the story. 11 pages in and a dog fight demonising a pit bull. Way to go for the headline grab.

Finally added all my Amazon books. I’m sure I have a bunch more ebooks from different places.

Maybe in 2019, I’ll try to keep track of the books I read, do a reading challenge. I stopped having time for reading these last few years, but I have picked it up again. It’s the small things in life that make you happier.

Not as good as the first trilogy but still very good.

Wow. I am so glad A J gave me the whole Chronicles. I could not have stood reading them bit by bit. I just wish I could devote more time to reading!

This one drew me in straight away. I hadn't meant to start reading this, I was just going to have a quick look.
