I started this book a while ago when I got it and ended up here, but I somehow just forgot about it???

So, I’m going to continue.

So. This happened. I was starting to miss this universe I just HAD to start reading this, even though I’d promised myself to start on a certain day. I LOVE Tiernan, I LOVE Oak, I LOVE Hyacinthe and I love this book.

I love the dog. Also the concept of this book seems so interesting, I’m looking forward to how the fae will appear.

So…I’m in a slump again, and I thought I’d try a new genre to MAYBE get my spark for reading back. I miss the days I could reads hundreds of pages in one sitting without getting bored. Hope this one’s like that x

Trying out a new genre (I think???). I like the writing so far, it’s very me.

This 🤏 close to DNFing. Why is 80% of this dialogue? Love the accents tho.

I predicted right. If I keep reading, I WILL cry. So, I’m just gonna take a break from reading this (defo not an excuse to read fantasy instead) and start a new book. (NOT A DNF)

Finally out of a slump. Gonna finish this book tomorrow and give my updated thoughts. But for now, a quick debrief:

I still adore Julian, love Scarlett (my parents fr), Legend pisses me off, Tella is still an icon, and I’d happily kneel down for Jacks. I rest my case.

Why am I kind of liking it now.
