Briony and Toven have no more personality than a wet sock.
The magic system is barely explained.
And it’s so ridiculously obvious that it was “inspired” by Manacled/ Alchemised by SenLinYu. But in reality it feels like a badly rewritten version of it.
In 160 I still have no idea how anything works, how Briony feels and what her “PTSD” looks like…

Currently prefer the writing style over the plot. And Edmund’s cluelessness annoys me ngl
