I don’t like the way the author wrote how the characters talk and think. It’s cringy and bad.

Also, why are we not sharing the truth of what happened right away to the adults? First the adults are targeting this kid and now these kids are breaking into the police station to solve the crime themselves?? Max is pretty funny/like his voice at least.

I was enjoying this. The tension, sass, banter, and funny comments I was eating it up. Then the author moved to the feelings being involved which is expected buuuuutttt……it became cringy. Just not written well.
