this book is incredibly bad

1. Misogyny
2. Anti-American commentary (very enjoyable)
3. Misogyny, but a little different (very lame)

The misogyny makes me sad and until someone proves otherwise I'm convinced its a character trait of the author and not the dickheads in the book
