Not sure about this book at this point. I’m a little uneasy about the last chapter I read. And for me this is a really slow start. At this point I’m not seeing any hint of Romantasy . . . That’s all I’m saying tonight. And I’m not posting what page I’m on or percent because I don’t want to give anything away.

This time I will keep my progress reports to myself. So everyone knows I’m starting this tonight and I’ll only post what page I’m on

Possible spoilers in my progress notes. Have no fear I’ll try not to ruin it for everyone, but this is the best book I’ve read in this genre in a long time and I love Madeline. .

I could cry! My American Fairy Tale is not that anymore. 😢 Madeline is pregnant and I’m shocked she made it through the hours in the lifeboat. But she is not in the lifeboat anymore and is on a ship but there is no good news about Jack. What terrible things the people on the Titanic lived through 😔

I’m prolonging the inevitable I’m afraid. Right now they are on the Titanic and I don’t want either Madeline or Jack to get hurt

Still loving it I feel like I’m reading this book really fast. Maybe because I’m reading it on my Kindle

I’m loving this “almost like a fairy tale” story. I love how it’s set in the early 1900’s when people dressed for dinner, there was dancing at their parties, men we gallant and genteel, and took their time with a relationship and when they wanted to ask a woman to marry them it was a must to talk to the woman’s father. That’s all I have for now but this is a yes to “would i recommend this book?”

I like this book the best so far it’s short as the Romantasy is in this more than the others I can’t wait to start the last one

I’m just past 50% - page 120. Fast read I think. So far I’ve enjoyed this book and it’s a fast read.

So far so good I’m a little more than 1/2 way through. I keep finding similarities between this and Throne of Glass group and believe it or not some of the Bible stories from the Old Testament, which isn’t terrible because I like the Old Testament Bible stories. I am going to put this book on hold so that I can read my 2 books for book clubs. More to come later

Just a few pages left I plan on finishing it today or later tonight. I’m still liking this book, I guess my genre is different from my book club buddies sorry ladies. I just have a nagging thought that this book is going to be a cliffhanger and I hate that but Book #2 is out so it’s not like playing the waiting game. Happy reading everybody!

So far I like it, pretty easy read for me because of the action.

Just started re adding tonight

I love the book, I have 57 pages left to read and I’m ready to read the next one but can’t until it comes out! I wish our bookstore and Maggie could get together again and have a release party. Just a suggestion to Maggie and Our Town Books. I met Maggie at an author event at the book store on Saturday the 16th of August. She is a beautiful person inside and out!

I’m getting close to halfway through. I like the action but not so much of the torture, for now I’m glad that’s over for now

So far this is a really good book. I had to pause this book to finish 2 others. I’m a little more than halfway through the book

I’m starting on the tandem read, everybody say a prayer for me because this is the first time I’ve done a tandem read. Also I’ll be reading Empire of Storms to start the tandem read . . . Here I go🤞🏼🙂🙃

I like this book so far but I know it’s going to leave me hanging and wanting to read the next one.

Loving this book on Chapter 40 and still reading I plan to have this read by Wednesday this week. How does everybody feel about the witches? I think right now they a cool addition to the plot!

Love the book especially certain witches! I’m about half way through and I can’t wait to see what happens next

This book has certainly opened my eyes. It’s about what one woman experienced at the Jacksonville State Mental Asylum in Illinois in the 1860’s. What the patients there went through! I’m putting it down for tonight but will start chapter 30 tomorrow.

I’m liking the book since the beginning. I am 56% done. I’ll write more later and when I’m finished reading it

I’m finally 50% read and I like all the action. More later when I have finished
