I feel very aligned. Excited to use focus and effortless to curate meditation and steer from concentration (forced focus)

I really like it. I feel like the message is about not being able to control what comes in life.

Surrender. Don’t seek for peace outside, it is within.

Find peace so that I don’t rely on periodical / temporary forms of happiness.

I always forget how good this book makes me feel. Really encourages me and helps me not identify with my life situation and really just live life how it “is”
