The thought of pharmaceuticals making 99% profits on drugs they distribute is insane, that has to be a part in the slowed process of curing diseases

This book such a good read and everything I was hoping for when I was trying to find something to enjoy after TOG, highly encourage a read, 1000 pages is A LOT tho.

I’m back

Going to mix this with queen of shadows and finally get going on this series

After a long break, I have been summoned to finish the series… based on some of my ‘peers’ reviews of this series, I’m expecting to read this in one sitting. Here we go.

Quick thought… the amount of books and movies explaining stories and lifestyles from the world wars are endless, I’m trying to wrap my head around the fact that the majority of people in the world during that time were affected by it in some way. I wonder if an event that dramatic would be possible in todays world and if it would change the lifestyles of everyday people

Interesting to say the least… definitely the fastest I’ve ever picked up a book and finished it. From a beginner reader’s perspective, I thought this was poorly written… the build up was the majority of the book followed by a quite riveting twist… but the ending seemed crammed and chaotic, unrealistic as well.
