this anthology is so weird. like why is there an essay that talks about not calling men predators followed by one about the necessity of self defense against them. why is there an essay that pretty much victim blames sex workers & women who sexualize themselves for work/fun/pleasure, and then 200 pages later a interview with sex workers who speak on their own empowerment.

ok the past few essays on black women's sexuality, surviving sexual trauma and BDSM are actually pretty good. let's see how the rest of these go since they are all so different from each other lol
