I love when seemingly random ideas all come together in the end.

I’ve only read through the foreword and Camus’ preface to The Wrong Side and the Right Side yet I can already appreciate the clear connections between Camus’ work and his own life.

An intriguing start. I’m enjoying the philosophical thoughts on life so far. Though I don’t yet anticipate it being one of my favorites, it does seem it will be one I’ll appreciate having read.

This book is supposed to be part of a 5 book series and I would give away everything I own for the rest of my life to make sure that the next 4 books get published 😭 here’s to hoping they’re successful 🤞🏻

I’ve never read a book with world building as amazing as this

I’m taking forever to read this book but it is so good

Good start but very similar to her other books so far

The first tale in this collection was Dagon. Very well written short story. Engaging and simple. The ocean is a scary place.

Honestly a real well done overview, puts super hard concepts in terms that someone with little physics experience can comprehend

It is very interesting to see Sylvia Plath writing about these serious topics in what I would describe as the most matter of fact tone that she could. It’s almost comforting to hear a character’s perspective that in all her confusion is clearheaded in a way.
