I believe that my research has helped further my understanding of my book by giving me some further information about how kids in Juvie will act and how they will survive with a eat or be eaten style mindset

I chose a quote out of the book this week that had Amal say the following "I'm starting to not mind being visible and invisible at the same time" (Zoboi 122). I chose this specific quote because I related heavily to it. There have been times in my life where I have felt about the same as this where I have not minded not being noticed for a while.
