How many times, it seems, Orual reveals that part of her heart that wants to be important to others. Whether it’s her delight in the good rumors about her, or the sadistic pleasure in being “his man’s life” (233); I keep finding this.

This is beautiful.
Pg. 155 on Song 2:6 is hashing out the wound of love, and Arminjon very tenderly describes the ache of the bride

It was really good! The three voices Kelly discussed were our needs, our talents, and our desires. Then I gave the book to a beautiful worker at Walmart. She asked where to get the book and if it's not available for resale, so I gave it to her. Then she opened up about turning her life around after being a satanist and was really happy at getting to have this book. I'll make an update when I get another copy!
