Love finding gems through goodreads and this is one of them. Fun, action, good use of dialogue, clever character development... My only annoyance is the repeated word finding difficulties that Teresa has... It was endearing and quirky the first few times but after the millionth time it's just overdoing it. All the good bits make up for it though... And not just a little bit.

Good pacing, enough intrigue to keep you wanting more... So far so good. Liking this one.

That slightly manic feeling you get when you realise you borrowed more books than you can get through in the borrowing period allowed... Eeek!

The bit I'm enjoying is the original story. The zombified parts aren't really adding anything interesting for me. Though maybe it's a good way to introduce a new group of people to the original without them realising. The jury is out on this so far. Not sure how I'm going to rate it when the end is nigh.

I'm intrigued and liking this so far but something better start happening soon. I mean, how long does it take to set the scene?
