I have been in a book slum p for 4 weeks now, im waiting to get one of the books I want to read aside from my current read, but it has not come in the mail yet (SADGE) hoping it comes tomorrow so I can start reading it, if not I will probably pick up a short read in the meantime

Can someone just confirm for me if this gets a good plot twist later? It’s not that I hate it, it just seems like a slower horror book than what I normally read.

Me and my other pookie decided to take a break from Caraval, but that’s okay because we still have all our other spooky Augtober books to get through!! Super excited to get to reading them all especially IT!! 🍂🌅🕯️

I am loving the book so far but why does it feel like it’s taking sooo long to finish?! Like I’m reading with the audiobook at 1.5x speed and I still feel like I’m barely making progress lol. Having fun with it though!
