This is painful. Lesson learned that even if something is universally beloved, that doesn’t need I need to keep trying to like it.

You guys. Everyone loves this book and I just cannot with it. I read it when it first came out and just bought the audio because it was $5 and I was looking for something low angst. I thought I’d give it another try but Brad is so poorly written. I love a himbo but Brad is over the top dumb af. It feels like he shouldn’t be able to legally consent to sex.

So far I could not care less about these 2 MCs

What is happening? I had to stop reading and come to the reviews to see if I was crazy but this story and these characters and this conflict make zero sense. And 75% through and we’ve only had cheek kisses? Jesse, GTFO

Why is Wyatt such a brat! I don’t know how much more of it I can take.

Usually every MM book has at least one quirky female best friend/sister/ex-wife. So far I’m on chapter 5 and there are THREE. All more sarcastic and ball-busting than the last 🙄
