I’ve been unable to put this down for weeks - only forced to by the fact it’s an impossible book to travel with due to the size - but I’m slowing down. I can finally see what the reviews meant when it was described as trauma porn. The last few chapters focusing solely on Jude have made me exhausted by the repetition of pain and miscommunication.

Enjoying it so far- someone recommended the audiobook to get over the stilted writing style and I did try it, but it hadn’t bothered me enough to go full audiobook.
