Chapter 20 had me hooked! The dynamic between Richard and Eliza feels eerily similar to Paul and Lauren, controlling, tense, and unsettling. It’s making me even more convinced their stories are connected somehow. That ending really pulled me in, and even though I’m saving the next chapter for later, I’m dying to know what happens next lol.

These chapters were sweet but a little tense. You can really feel Lara Jean and Peter’s growing connection, but also the start of some drama creeping in 👀. I love seeing their relationship deepen, but I can tell things are about to get complicated!

Jenny Han always keeps me hooked with the mix of love, doubt, and those cute little moments that make me smile. 💕

I was a bit confused when Part 2 suddenly jumped to Richard & Eliza’s story. Paul’s claim that Jesse’s twin Noah died because of Emma doesn’t add up. My theory is that I think Jesse is Noah from Richard & Eliza's story, Richard is actually Paul, Eliza is Emma, and Roxy might be Margo. The glass house and ‘other woman’ moments line up too perfectly. I think something happened and he changed their names.

These chapters were a mix of emotions! I loved that Peter stood up for Lara Jean during the whole video situation. That moment really showed how much he cares. Now, about Chris...I don’t like her like that. She knows Lara Jean is sensitive, yet still rubs things in her face sometimes. It just feels like she’s not there for LJ the way a real friend should be. Overall, still a great set of chapters.

From pages 126–152, Paul’s behavior is becoming more disturbing, controlling, manipulative, and possibly abusive. The way he isolates Lauren and twists her attempts to be responsible makes him feel dangerous, and I can’t shake the feeling he’s putting something in her food to make her sick again. As for the scene at Isobel’s party, when Jesse insists his name is Noah, that gave me chills! I'm hooked!

I am against Paul right now, lol; his manipulative behavior toward Lauren feels unsettling, especially since he was once her psychologist. I’m convinced he’s hiding something, maybe even about his ex-wife, Emma. Jesse’s eerie sleepwalking scene (‘I’m not Jesse’), the glass house, and the ‘other mommy’ add to the tension. The psychological suspense is gripping, and I’m hooked.

These chapters deepen the suspense and really mess with your sense of reality. The main character’s growing paranoia and isolation are gripping, and Freud does a great job making you question what’s true. It’s slow-burning but tense, with just enough clues to keep you hooked. I'm excited (and a little nervous) to see where this is going.

Peter finally said he likes Lara Jean, and in the smoothest way! I knew it! Lara Jean totally fumbled her confession, lol 😂, but that bold hot tub kiss? ICONIC. I was kicking my feet and grinning the whole time! Looove a steamy scene!

Genevieve tried to ruin the vibe, but in Chapter 65, Chris really came through like a real one. Ski Trip chapters = absolute fave 🩷!

These chapters were full of drama! Lara Jean says she loves Peter, but then kisses Josh and thinks about kissing John Ambrose? Girl, please! Kitty totally interrupted a sweet Peter moment (thanks a lot 😂!), and Margot... well, she’s got major big sister energy, always serious, always watching. I get it, but sometimes it’s a bit much.

Still, I couldn’t stop reading!

Peter and Lara Jean’s banter is absolutely adorable, I love it! However, Lara Jean comparing her "relationship" with Peter to Margot's relationship with Josh felt unnecessary and a bit uncomfortable. Her friendship with Chris also seems one-sided, as Lara Jean does much more for Chris than the other way around.

Overall, I enjoyed these chapters and found them engaging.

Peter clearly has some lingering feelings for Genevieve, but I think he's starting to feel something real for Lara Jean, and Lara Jean is noticing his gestures and body language more, which makes me think she is slowly realizing her own feelings, too. The tension is building, and I love how Jenny Han makes their relationship feel unpredictable. I can't wait to see where it goes next!

Lara Jean is absolutely adorable, and Peter is charming in his own way. I don’t love their fake dating just to make Genevieve jealous, it feels unfair to Lara Jean, even if she’s going along with it for her own reasons. Still, their chemistry is already there, and I’m excited to see Peter fall for her for real and finally admit his feelings. Jenny Han builds great tension, and I’m excited to keep reading!

Great start so far. However, I hope that as the story progresses, Lauren doesn’t overly judge herself for not being the children’s mother. Instead, I’d love to see her embrace her role and find happiness in simply being there for them now. It would be rewarding to see her build a meaningful connection with them without feeling like she has to replace anyone.

I am so close to finishing this manhwa series, but I had to take a little break tonight, loll, too much heartwarming scenes; I will definitely finish it a bit later today 🩷.
