reading this as an adult makes so much more sense! i was introduced to this book when i was 12 years old in high school (15 years ago!!) along with animal farm, both which i struggled to understand fully. this is resonating with me much more than i had expected. so far im really enjoying!

REREADING - i found it quite difficult to adapt to the style of writing, made it hard to get into but loved the story. giving it another read! couldn’t get it out of my head first time round
