This book has so many random references, and it’s kinda ruining the flow.

One paragraph is two character having a sad intimate conversation, and then in the next paragraph they will start referencing Zuko from ATLA.

I’m going to put this book on pause and come back to it when I’m out of this slump

There were TWO fake-out deaths this time!

Tbh I feel like at least one of the main characters should have actually died in this book, just to be more realistic.

I wonder which character will have the fake out death this time 🤔

Also the AI killed a bunch of people again 🫤

These people are WAY too old to be doing assassin work.

I haven’t touched this book at all this weekend because I’ve been watching Pantheon, but I will try and finish this book today.

I intended to finish this over the weekend, but I got distracted by something else.

My expectations are HIGH for this one.

I’m going on a book buying ban till June, because I have a 11 unread books on my shelf right now. 😭😭😭

I’ll update if I end up breaking the book ban.
