Visualize:This book was crazy with the felling so far.On page 81 It talks about a water barrel and how they need it.Its sad because of all the running and there is nothing that they can do. To me its almost like an person is trying to help them.Its also sad because the don't really know what's going on.So this water is like haven to them because of the heat and running.

Antagonist: now that I’m finally finished with the book I could tell who’s hated him from the start it’s Rowly. He made the poor kid have to find new friends from the start he was completely mean to him. but from the other books it seemed that he was his friend but now he’s a Backstabber to him he tortured this kid for no reason. but the truth was this whole time that it was him starting all the rumors.

Making Connections:My very first connection was when Rowley and him where not friends anymore this happened when he was in the first book.Also the very first page it says to Tomas I don't know who Tomas is yet but I think he is a old friend.a So I think this are some connections.

The Climax:I think the climax is when his only friend Rowley so he has to find a new person to hang out with.So he has to be friends with Tyson but he does not like him. Greg looks for new people a lot and the wont work out.So I think that this is the climax because he lost a friend and has to find a new one.

SETTING: Jaime lives in long beach California and he goes to school there and he is about 13 years old. I know this because he is in middle school and he also talks about how he moved so that tells me that he moved. He also talks about how he is funny with those kids.

Types of Conflict:I think that Greg the main character and it is character v. society. I think this because Greg has had the chess touch and he also, gets bullied by almost everyone and he is an outcast.He knows he get bulled but he is still human and he is happy because he says he would never trade the friend.

The 7 Story Archetypes THE QUEST:It think quest because
when he is in the forest he is playing life or death.He is trying to find homes and food so he is going on these quest and if he get hurt by animals he hast to go on a quest why he got hurt and what he can do better.

Inciting Incident: I think the incident is when. Is when the boy is with the panther and the tiger are fighting panther. I think this because that when I think that it hit him that he is in the rain forest, and this is life and death. So, it makes him have lot of cushions.

VISUALIZE:In the wizard of oz when they where in munchkinland when Dorothy was talking to the good witch the munchkins were they giggling at Dorothy.It made me think how this where kids and how happy kid are and when you still think every thing is very funny. This made me think when I was a kid think stuff was funny when people would kiss or fall. It made me sad but happy at the same time.

MAKING CONNECTIONS : In the beginning of the book there are people who know dorothy or are family. There names are hunk, hickory, zeke and Miss Gulch, this people show who they will be in oz. Like miss gulch hates Dorothy, and when she becomes the witch she hate her and try to do something bad.Even dorothy says that "I feel like I know you guys" one page 42.

CHARACTERIZATION .My character is Dorothy .She feels sad because here dog is getting taken.So she goes looking for Toto a cyclone hit here and she goes to oz and she killed the witch of the east and fell bad.And the other witch is trying to kill her.

ANTAGONIST:I think the antagonist they are slave and they are very mean to the protagonist by calling him or other people mean names. The antagonist is trying to stop the kid for playing with his dog so he hurt him so he wont play with him again. But the kid loves this dog and he wont let he go but I think the antagonist is going to kill the dog.

ASK QUESTIONS : I wonder why the author made the Twits are ugly and lazy also why they are so hairy.I think that they are like this because they are fat and do not want to do stuff.On page 8 it says "Have you every seen a woman with a more uglier face.'This show that they are ugly so that why I think this.

Static VS Dynamic: I think Charlie is static because he is very nice and he is not rude and not dum . On page 156 it says " Charlie was the only won that was not dum to fall In temptation.This means that he was not rude like Mike Tv and not dum .

CONFLICT: I think the conflict is character vs society. I think this is because there are 5 tickets to go to the factory so almost everyone was trying to get one.I know this because on page 49 it says "where's my golden ticket!" this means people want one very bad.

Predictions . I think that in this book something has to do with candy and bad kids. I think this is because charlie is poor so I think that bad kids are going to do some thing to win Candy .Also I think there's going to be people that are going to go crazy for this candy.On page 10 they talk about how people love the smell of it even charlie said "Oh how I love this smell."
